A ShineBright Care carer comes to work with my daughter whom had been doing patchwork. The carer wasn’t experienced in patchwork but has gone out of her way to try and learn to teach my daughter. I highly recommend ShineBright Care as an understanding, caring, and supportive organization.

Our teenage son has been regularly using the STA services of ShineBright and he (and our family) couldn’t be happier. It took nearly four months to find a provider who would not only take on his challenging behaviours, but were also very proactive in the preparation for his first stay to make it a success. The house itself is modern with a warm and homely feel with great amenities, such as a pool spa. The staff has been nothing short of amazing. The Accommodation Manager, spent a lot of time talking with us to determine how best to support our son and suggested short visits to the house with him prior to his first stay to become familiar with the environment. We received updates and photos of his expeditions which was reassuring, especially for his first stay, that the weekend was going well. These are just two examples of what sets ShineBright apart from other providers. The staff and support workers are fantastic and passionate in making his stay fun and fulfilling whilst accommodating his disability. It has come to the point that he can’t get out of the house fast enough when he sees the ShineBright van pull up. That is a testament to their quality of service!

I would like to a knowledge Kitt and the team at ShineBright care They all are so helpful supportive and caring with the best intentions of our daughter and myself they all go out of their way to make our daughters happy and try so hard to keep routines in place with support workers that are on her team which our daughter knows well and they know routines I hope that knowing this gives me peace of mind:)

Kitt has been extraordinary in her support for a participant that I provide Coordination for. Kitt has been responsive to requests and any changes in support that may have occurred during the period I have been liaising with Shine Bright Services. I am sure there are some weeks I drive her crazy with phone calls for information or clarification and she has always been polite, courteous and welcoming of any changes or putting forward suggestions of how supports may look.
